Best Western Chicago Downtown-River North Hotel

I loved my 3 night stay. The staff members were all decent and excellent. The location was incredible, at a short distance from London Guarantee Building.

We found out good prices in the hotel. Everything was great, ideal location close to all the action, the staff were polite. Really enjoyed the attached restaurant onsite.

It's reasonable base for visiting some must see attractions in Chicago. The location is reasonable, 3 km from Navy Pier.

The breakfast was rich, the personnel was always pleasant, the bed was best.

Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, its location was unbeatable and right by restaurants, red line metro and surrounding buses and other attractions.

I enjoyed it so I would stay here again. Fairly clean venue and helpful employees. The location was PERFECT, not too far from London Guarantee Building. Solid place with excellent service too.

This was my second terrific stay here and I will be back. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with nice variety. Comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. Hotel was perfectly located and had a modern decor.

Sweet staff, gorgeous breakfast, good wi-fi. I enjoyed a comfortable decor and contemporary furniture. You could walk to a shopping mall and a market. Downstairs bar was lovely and reasonably priced.

Warm stay in the entertainment area. Very well decorated hotel with good pool and compact room. Very central location, not too far from a restored gilded age mansion. Glorious view of ocean. The staff was always available when asked. The variety of choices for American breakfast was fresh...

We liked lobby, it was fantastic. Lots of good food for continental breakfast. This hotel was in a very nice area just next door to cool restaurants, the Merchandise Mart and the pier. Furthermore it was a short walk to Chicago-style pizza.

Flawless service, easy going staff...

Okay staff and location, I liked this ideal hotel. There was a superb restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door. The bonus was cozy room decor and fantastic bar. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. There's pool.

It was tidy, the staff was funny, plus the service was amazing. Bed was very comfy and room was elegant. The hotel was perfectly placed.

Cozy beds, respectful staff, outstanding breakfast. Rooms were cozy, I had a fantastic stay. I loved that the main bar was clean. This excellent hotel had a remote setting. The plunge pool was brilliant too.

It was perfect hotel, had exceptional location and staff. I liked fabulous restaurant. The venue had complimentary coffee in the lobby. There were reliable internet and paid parking available.

20 mins walk to the center. Grand tube station was not too far from the venue. No complaints with the hotel.
